He is a Certified Corporate Trainer who has administered/facilitated over 250 employee training programmes for corporate bodies of different industries.
 
He is an astute Business Writer who has written several business documents such as business plans, proposal, strategic plans, letters, profiles amongst others for businesses across different sectors and individuals.
 
Richard is a Certified Professional Résumé/CV Writer, a Career Coach and a member of the Professional Association of Résumé Writers & Career Coaches (PARW/CC – An International Association headquartered in Florida, USA).
 
He is also an Associate Coach and Personal Branding Expert for Randstad RiseSmart (A US based Outplacement Company).
 
He has provided Personal/Professional Branding (CV; Cover Letter; Thank You Letter; LinkedIn Profile; Professional Bio; etc.) and Career Coaching Services to individuals belonging to different professions and industries.
 
He has served individuals living and working in Ghana, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom, Switzerland and United States of America.
 
During his time with Standard Chartered Bank Ghana Ltd, he developed and successfully implemented a strategy dubbed “The Diamond Vision – ©2012” that started a radical transformation of the Bank’s Debit Cardholder portfolio and resulted in many significant successes.
 
Below are some of the remarkable successes chalked during his time with the Bank:
 
1. Led as Cards Sales Manager to win 3 International Awards from Visa International and Standard Chartered Bank (Regional Level):
 
– Best Payment Value Market Growth – 2011 (Visa International Award)
– Best Domestic Card Spend Growth – 2010 (Visa International Award)
– “Go For Goal” Competition Group 4 Winners – 2010 (SCB Regional Level Award).
 
2. Led as Cards Sales Manager to exceed Full Year Revenue targets in 3 consecutive years; 2011, 2012 and 2013.
 
3. Successfully organised and administered an e-zwich card awareness creation and issuing exercise for Members of Parliament at the Parliament House in 2009.
 
4. Successfully organised and administered an e-zwich card awareness creation and issuing exercise for Staff of the Office of The President at the Osu Castle (seat of government) in 2009.
 
5. As the Bank’s e-zwich Coordinator from June 2008 to May 2015, he led the Bank to gain and retain a leadership position in the industry and achieved the following significant successes:
 
– Personally handled the set-up of all Standard Chartered Bank Branches across the country
 
– Led all GhIPSS and Standard Chartered organised outreach programmes across the country .
 
– Led the team to issue over 40,000 cards within 2 years from 2008 & to 2010 ,
 
– Organised and personally administered all e-zwich training for staff and merchants of the Bank.
 
6. Served as the Bank’s accredited Debit Cards Trainer and In-house Consultant from 2006 to 2015 and administered over 100 official training programmes for the Bank’s staff and staff of the Bank’s Point of Sale (Visa and E-zwich) Merchants.
 
7. Played an integral role in the development and deployment of the Bank’s Visa Debit Card Products (Gold, Platinum and Infinite) and Priority Pass.
 
8. Drafted several Payment Card (debit and e-zwich) usage and administration processes guides/flows for the Bank.
 
9. Served on many payment card project committees and also played an integral role in the Bank’s re-carding exercise that successfully replaced the Bank’s Mag-stripes cards with EMV Cards.
